Access Control Systems |

Securityhunter has designed and installed electronic entry control systems, a.k.a., access control since 1992. Access control expertise includes integration of video and access control, gate control integration, retrofitting proprietary and/or antiquated systems, photo ID card badges, networking over LAN, WAN or dial-up modem connection, remote monitoring and access to the system, database conversion for seamless takeovers, wireless data transmissions, and biometrics including fingerprint, hand geometry, and facial recognition.

Intrusion Detection Systems

Having designed and installed alarm systems for private and commercial clients since 1988, the integration division expanded in 2000 to include perimeter-fencing systems at federal department of defense bases nationwide. One such example is an electronic fencing system installed for the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

OSS has extensive technical experience providing clients a variety of data transmission systems utilizing fiber optic media (single and multi-modes), copper wires (POTS, ISDN, DSL, T-1), and wireless communications (directional and omni directional). Project Management-System Installation & Training |

Securityhunter’s integrated system logistics are coordinated by an assigned project manager. Project managers provide direct supervision to security technicians assigned to the contract and facilitate as a liaison between the client and Securityhunter’s senior management team. Project status meetings and reports are generated to communicate completion of work throughout the life of the project/contract. For government contracts, the Project Manager provides data to the C.O.T.R.,(contracting officer’s technical representative). On-site training is coordinated by the Project Manager to familiarize the client and or end users with newly installed system technology.
